Davey Crockett, Daniel Boone and ... Sarah Palin?
The first two remind you of the untamed West, but Palin, former governor of Alaska (and future U.S. president?), is charting her own present path through some of the untamed 49th state. Well, at least she's hunting for caribou in her home state.
In an episode of "Sarah Palin's Alaska," Palin, hunting with her father, show's she's a great shot and tweaks "anti-hunting hypocrisy," according to ABC News.
"Tonight's hunting episode of Sarah Palin's Alaska 'controversial'? Really? Unless you've never worn leather shoes, sat upon a leather couch or eaten a piece of meat, save your condemnation of tonight's episode. I remain proudly intolerant of anti-hunting hypocrisy. :)" Palin posted on Facebook and Twitter.
Palin also takes a shot at animal rights group PETA and the portions of land in Alaska where oil excavation is banned.

+31At least when she hunts, ( the picture above shows fishing, not hunting) she normally shoots only what she and her family can consume and they use the entire animal. Todd's Alaskan Indian heritage people use the innards, and the hdes. So, she is way better them say, any hollywierd celeb who goes on a hunting expedition to Africa to kill animals as trophies only, OR the environazis who would rather th eherd get too large and die of starvation and diseaes rather then be humanely killed and consumed.

I think you're not thinking it through.
I like Sarah. I think she has real value to a nation that lost their grip on the basics of life.
I think that hunting does help to define her. But it isn't the first and last of her.

My Dad came from a farming family so slaughtering, butchering, and dressing of meat is something I became familiar with at a young age. When you shoot your own meal, somehow it just tastes a whole lot better.
Hell, they showed what they were made of when they were caught tossing dead puppies into dumpsters.
And when they went an open letter to Yassir Arafat telling him to murder Jewish women and children all he wants but please quit strapping the bombs to donkeys.
Or when they made it clear that if they had their way pets would be illegal.
And why? Because such a woman is strong, self-sufficient, and capable of defending herself. Damn straight that's hot.

If you want to talk about guns, okay-then lets talk about the right to carry a gun or riffle- I'm all for it, because I believe in the Constitution of the United States of America! And all of the Consititution - not where you want to pick and choose some of the parts of it, but all of it, period!!! It's one whole piece of a document, and people who think you can break it up and say I'm for this but not for that, well too bad, so sad; that's the breaks people! Get over yourself; That's the law! And these politicians and polictical hacks out there, including you know who...thinking they can take out, or quote something else from the Constitution in one breathe one minute and in the next minute, say that the Constitution was for the times past, is a bunch of quacks in the progression of Contitutional suicide where solialism abounds!

She does speak truth, but she makes mistakes too just like any of us. Those with blinders on who like where this current administration is going, take the mud out of your eyes and see the light. Getting back to Sarah Pailin and her hunting....I got off track, because there is no track (or relevency to her shooting and becoming a fan) between hunting and being a fan of Sarah Pailin. Who writes these stupid Questions? That's what I want to know? If it's the animals rights groups...well then go eat your vegtables and get some better questions going?
