I guess it comes down to who believes what BS is the most truthful. We all know what our current President has accomplished so it should be an easy choice. More of the same or lets try something else. It seems that the polls are close and right now it's "liars figure and figures lie" depending on who's camp is presenting. It should be interesting.

Just checked. It says Romney is missing 30 electoral votes exactly. The crucial states listed show they are neck and neck, with Romney slightly behind except for NC, where he is slightly ahead. With the final day still almost 2 1/2 months away and lots of funding, it seems to me, he should get in. Romney the President

I am confused what polls you are looking at? Most of the polls are within the margin of error. Obama may win but we are looking at a super close race yet again.

Today's Rasmussen poll has Mitt Romney attracting support from 45% of voters nationwide, while President Obama earns the vote from 44%. Five percent (5%) prefer some other candidate, and six percent (6%) are undecided. Undecideds always go for the challenger and those other 5% won't vote at all. Not a good position for an incumbent to be in this close to an election.

I think he's realizing it day by day after all that's been going on against his party just this week. People are seeing the repugs for what they really are.

I'm sure he's regretting naming Ryan as his VP already. But I never did think Romney was too smart, and that proved it. romney is a liar

Doesn't Obama know that he is slipping further and further in the polls, especially with questions like "Show us your taxes, Romney"...How about show us where all the "stimulus" money went, Obama? How about questions like "Why are you worried about Romney paying out 15% of his income in taxes while Obama is spending this country into bankruptcy and poverty?" Speaking of 15% in taxes, who else pays that? Most Middle Income folks pay about 6 1/2% , and 50% of the whole damn country pay NOTHING in taxes, but love to sponge off the rest of us working stiffs. Other questions Obama is obliged to answer would be why does he have the most corrupt administration in the history of this country? Why does he feel the need to bypass Congress with his Executive Decisions, basically stomping all over our Constitution? Why did he go back on the very promises that got him elected, namely, stopping the Iraq war, and getting us out of Afghanistan? Instead, we are still in both and still getting killed in both. If he is such a peace loving President, why did he feel the need to involve us in Libya? Or even more recently, Syria? The only way Obama will win this election will be because of using tactics like Stalin...."It's not the NUMBER of votes that get you elected, it WHO COUNTS them!"

Depends on who you listen to. Dems obviously cling to their own information sources that downplay or omit most embarrassing stories about the Obama administration and its ongoing record of waste, failure and corruption.

72% of conservatives doesn't make up all of the voters in the USA dude...that means at least 25% of conservatives will go along with the 100% of Liberals and over 50% of independents...WHO will be voting for Obama... laugh
  • Soundstorm Manuel 2012/08/24 06:32:51
    Soundstorm
I'm guessing Obama will get at least 20% of independents (voters hiding either their liberalism or their ignorance behind the distinguished sounding independent label), 90% of conservatives who aren't beholden to Ron Paul and maybe 60% of actual liberals who aren't too thrilled with how Change We Can Believe In turned out. At any rate my guesses are better than your Daily Kos junk polls.
