Short answer, no. Your right to swing your fists ends at my face.

Very important caveat.
HARM
Noun:
Physical injury, esp. that which is deliberately inflicted.
Verb:
Physically injure: "the villains didn't harm him".
Synonyms:
noun. injury - damage - mischief - detriment - hurt - evil
verb. injure - hurt - damage - impair - do harm
Depends on what the heck you are talking about -- human sacrifice?? Nope, against the law. Harm can be defined in many ways - If I hurt your feelings by something I say, that falls into the 'too bad' category. If I want you to carry my poisonous snake for a religious purpose, that fall into a 'doing bodily harm' category.

As I said, you need to define what you mean
That is why we have rights. That is why men and women have fought and died for our country for well over 200 years. We continue to do so and always will.
Just don't shove it down my throat. Don't legislate it, don't make laws on "sanctity" and "religion" and "belief."
