DOES GOD EXIST?

There are so many religions with so many different gods, they obviously cannot all be real and I assume if god exists there would be only one god, which means 99% of all religions are wrong and their gods do not exist. It is obvious that they all can't be right so if some are wrong, could they not all be wrong?

The wording of these answers is very harsh and unneeded. What I would like is an 'other' option, but whatever, your poll and all. Now, I don't personally care for any religion or their notions on gods. Divine entities cannot be proven to exist, nor can they be proven to not exist. So, for me, I simply live my life without any religion, and go about my life the way I see fit. So long as my personal happiness does not cause pain or hinder another person's happiness, then all is well.

Can I edit the question to put in the other option?

OK, first problem is with your choice of answers. You really need an "other" option. The fact is that no one knows 100% whether there is a god or not. I believe in God, but I would certainly never state it as FACT that God DEFINITELY does exist, in the same way that no intelligent atheist would ever state it as FACT that God DEFINITELY doesn't exist. Both positions are beliefs. A fact is something that has been proven. Even if every single religion in the world were wrong, that still wouldn't mean that a god didn't exist. Just that humans were wrong in their methods for trying to find God. All intelligent people are agnostics to some degree. I'm, to some extent, an agnostic theist. I believe in God, but know that it can't be proved with absolute certainty (I'm about 99% certain that God exists, but not arrogant enough to make it 100%). Intelligent atheists are agnostic atheists. They don't believe in a god at all, but they also know that their position can't be proved with absolute certainty.

good answer, nothing is certain either way, but in the end most religions have to wrong as they cannot all be right.

I see no evidence for any of them.
Personally I like the Norse though, many of them could easily be heavily embellished but fully real people, leaders warrior etc.

It sounds harsh in all caps, but religions are claiming to know as a fact that what they believe is the absolute truth and that you have to follow what their god or gods want or else. Is there a god? I don't know. If there is he's obviously not jumping at the chance for us to know about him. So of course the reasoning is, "he's supernatural and can make it so science can't discover him, blah blah blah." Simply put, I don't know, and I could spend the rest of my life not caring or wondering about it. Anyone claiming that they know with 100% certainty that there is (or isn't) a God is just foolish.
