Does Executive Privilege apply to "FAST AND FURIOUS" ??

Yes, 'Executive Privilege' does apply if Barack Obama was directly involved by receiving or sending or being copied on any of them. In other words, he has to have had personal involvement! If he didn’t, then it is not applicable.

Obama claiming executive privilege is admitting he is involved in Fast & Furious contrary to what Holder testified. Obama's arrogance pisses on transparency and the Constitution.

Just because BHO probably instigated it does not make him or his underworld minions exempt.

Doing things that fly in the face of right does not seem to bother Obama in the least.

If we all recall Holder was asked, Is the President going to apply Executive Privilege some 6 months ago? Holder responded, No ! Because he was unaware of what was going on in F and F. Holder has now recanted his previous testimony three times of what he knew. Other words he lied at least 3 times to the inquiry of the House investigation. If you or I had done that we would be in Jail for lying under oath.
The President has not attached himself or his cabinet to Fast and Furious. One border patrolmen of the US was killed. Hundreds others were killed by the guns that Holder and the President sent to Mexico. Why did they do that you may ask? So Obama could claim that Guns in the US were being sent to Mexico and our gun control under the 2nd amenment needs to be changed. The outcome Obama and Holder screwed up. Obama is hiding evidence of his involvement .
Nixon also used Executive Privilage in the Water Gate Break in to cover up his involvement. This will be the end of the most corupt Presidency in history. Americans, of all stripes will finally say this is enough and send Obama packing, sooner or later. The only difference between Obama and Nixon was people were killed with our current President.

This whole fiasco has pretty much proven that Holder is nothing more then an Obama lap-dog stooge. Put his ass in jail for contempt.

It applies if Obama says it does, don't you know he can do as he pleases because he's smarter that the rest of us and knows what's best.
