Does anyone feel AA should get money for the war on drugs?

I do not feel the government, CIA, or any race has made any person do drugs. In every race , every country we are all fighting this new and old disease. it is a war on drugs by all of US. SO why should one race receive money for this?? Where is proof , factual proof that this is so? Pictures, documents, grafts, not by the ones pushing for the money for it. Just as the money being pushed, change of laws, own land, own language, etc and call to eraticate the white race. I do not feel any one should be paid in any race cause thier loved ones used it and died from it, got hooked on it. Why is it one race in this country and now showing in others is more imprtant than the rest of us, it is not. It is like saying all the other humans on the planet lately do me from what I have been reading we are all non important. We don't exist anymore.I dont feel I should have to pay nor the government I pay my taxes to for something that is not true, did not happen.
