Does any one wonder why OBAMA needs a written speech to read at a time of such terrible tragedy in Colorado?? Why cant he just speak from his heart ?? Just asking

This is a mystery to me , that OBAMA has to have a written speech in front of him to read at this time ......Why doesnt he just say whats in his heart?? I KNOW i will get jumped on for pointing this out but I am wondering if anhy one else thinks this is a little strange?

Every President has writers who help with even the simplest things - have you noticed how the slightest mis-statement can be turned into days of screaming headlines?

I think, a more important question is: why do YOU feel compelled to ask this about Obama, when it's true of every President?

If you are such an Elloquent PUBLIC SPEAKER that you can get up on TV and speak to the entire world on an extremely emotional subject without notes/script or talking points then it must be SO WONDERFUL TO BE PERFECT LITTLE OLD YOU. NO PUBLIC SPEAKER GOES ANYWHERE WITH OUT SOME SORT OF GUIDELINES OR NOTES. Even your precious little priests and ministers use scripts and notes so get over it!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely can, and do agree that it is part of what people in the public eye have to do to express them selves intelligently, however some people on here don't want to admit nor do they accept and understand that EVERYONE in the public eye, as far as politics goes does just exactly what Obama does when he speaks to the PUBLIC.
They want to Idolize and Place their chosen one on a pedestal of virtue and perfection and HE sure as hell isn't.
Maybe if He would use more of the technology that is available to him he would keep sticking his foot in his mouth about the issues.
As far as making a point by calling names............. If the shoe fits..........

Yes many speakers use prompters, but many don't. Some use only notes and some use nothing at all. But obama uses them as a crutch and as we can see, it is for good reason, because when he doesn't, he inadvertently lets the truth slip out and that is not good for him. Good for the nation ......yes, but not good for him.
Oh well, stay angry and over defensive if you like, just thought I would try to reason.
