I CANNOT support Obama. He is going to destroy the United States. I'll hopefully be dead before he makes his final destructive moves. It is sad and deplorable that so many Americans were fooled. America is going to be a U.N.-socialist and non-leaders like Obama, Clinton, Gore, Reid, Pelosi, Boehner, all these losers whose only interest is getting rich. I hope 12-21-12 really is the END as predicted. Obama/ You've got to be fooling. The only thing more disheartening are the leftist's expressing their anger because half the country refuses to rollover and support Barack Hussein Obama.

Next IPCC report will ‘scare the wits out of everyone’

Former UN Official says climate report will shock nations into action
John Gardner writes in with an entry from the “worse than we thought” department.
The IPCC seems to be pre-empting the growing skeptical science by preparing to issue an ‘its even worse than we thought’ report in 2013, according to a report in the Australian newspaper.
“The Brisbane Times’, which quotes Ivo De Boer, the UN climate chief during the 2009 Copenhagen talks. He is quoted “That report is going to scare the wits out of everyone,”
Mr De Boer said in the only scheduled interview of his visit to Australia.
“I’m confident those scientific findings will create new political momentum.”

Program Offering Waivers for Health Law Is Ending
WASHINGTON — The Obama administration said Friday that it was shutting down a program that had provided exemptions from the new health care law for many employers and labor unions offering bare-bones insurance coverage to workers.
Waivers granted or renewed in the next three months will run through 2013. To date, the administration has granted waivers to 1,433 health plans covering 3.2 million people.
They will be GONE in 2014, not phased in. They NEED the money.

Hawker Beechcraft - In 2006, Raytheon sold the company to a consortium of Goldman Sachs and Onex Corporation. This deal left the company with a heavy burden of debt which it struggled to support from the economic crisis of 2008 onwards. Further updates are promised as the company attempts to emerge from Chapter 11 protection as a stand-alone company. Does this reak of a Bain Capital type move to u 2?
Catepillar Inc in Minnesotta- Caterpillar Inc. responded to the struggling timber industry this week with news that it will shut its tree harvester plant in Owatonna to cut costs and consolidate operations in Georgia and Wisconsin leaving 100 without a job. Laid-off workers will receive severance packages with health insurance, and will be offered job search assistance from the Minnesota Dislocated Workers Program. With housing market in the shape it is by Bush, I am shocked this did not happen earlier.
Gomers Chicken- Not Gomers Chicken!!!! Say it aint so!!! As it turns out Owner Dimitrios “Jimmy” Milis purchased the Gomer’s Plaza restaurant, at 615 E. 99th St., in 1995, but he said new lease negotiations didn’t work out with his landlord so he will close the restaurant Dec. 30 because the place was just not big enough. About 18 months ago, Milis, a native of Greece, opened a Greek restaurant, Never on Sunday, at 9932 Holmes Road, also in Gomer’s Plaza.
After I learned about Gomers Chicken I was just too despondent to contine my research.
However, I am more concerned with the Darden Restaurants chain. Hours will be cut down to a 28 hour work week. What then? Less money for the workers. They will most likely have to get two jobs to keep above water.
While we disagree on what is behind all of this we will see what happens at the beginning of the year. When there is NO compromise, sequestration will go through. What then? You can blame the Reps, I will blame the Dems. Makes no difference. What do you think the effects will be? It stands to reason that if you take money from ANYONE that they have less to spend whether it's through taxing of health care. Money IN, money OUT. It's the money OUT that one has to worry about.
Besides, what is a FAIR share of the tax burden? What about the bottom 49% that pay no Federal Income Taxes? What about that fair share? I've never heard Obummer say, "Hey, they have to pay their fair share, just as YOU do. So, I will tax them a 0%. That's only fair."
And cant until all states opt into or out of the "insurance exchange" program. They have until Novermber 19, 2012 to submit their exchange program to the government for review. No fines or penalties until 2014.
Beginning six months after the law’s enactment (by Sep 2010), all existing health insurance plans must:
•Prohibit lifetime limits.
•Prohibit rescissions.
•Restrict annual limits.
•Include limitations on excessive waiting periods.
•Include a requirement to provide coverage for non-dependent children up to age 26;
The law will not require employers to offer health insurance; however, beginning in 2014. Note there is a difference of OFFER and PAY FOR. The employer does not have to pay for it. They will however get a tax break if they pay for 50%.
Also, if states opt-out of MedicAid Expansion (many will) then they don't have to set up State Exchanges.
If they do opt-in, then the Feds will pay UP TO 85% of the premium, depending on income. After three years, the state must pay this and MedicAid Expansion will be withdrawn leaving the state to raise taxes to make up the difference in the loss. That is exactly WHY many states don't want it.
If the states opt-out, then the Feds step in and creat their own exchanges. However, there will be no subsidies (by law) to the insured. The full cost is on them. Great.
{Beginning six months after the law’s enactment ...}
I'm not really against those things but how is the expense covered and who pays for it?
{ Note there is a difference of OFFER and PAY FOR. The employer does not have to pay for it.}
That is a distinction without a difference. so, the employer say, "I'll OFFER you the insurance. Should you accept the OFFER, I will not pay for it." Does thet REALLY make sense to you? The why have the ACA and the mandate/tax to force compliance via the IRS?
You now have a DICTATOR , and what's worse are all you idiots that don't have a clue of what's really going on !!! You watch your local evening news, maybe 10 minutes of CNN and think you have all the info. I spend at least 3 hours every day with the news channels, that's WHILE I'm on the Internet, just to see what's going on. Oh yeah, to all those smartasses that says, get a life, or you need to get out more, to YOU ALL,
I LOVE MY COUNTRY ENOUGH TO PAY ATTENTION !!!! My only regret is that I
didn't start when I was 20 ! And to the na na na na na people still believing in hope and change, it will be come rope and chains ! Do your home work : westernjournalism.com

You arguments against her were sarcastic and petty. Just because you have to take one step, stop, chew gum, stop, take another step, stop, chew gum, stop...doesn't mean that other people have to operate in the same limited manner.
I don't salivate at the sound of the ObamaCare "bell". Mine is a reasoned approach and an analysis of what it will, negatively, produce in both the health care system and the economy.
Are you aware (can you explain) the difference to me in Federal Exchanges and State Exchanges? The difference and affect of states denying MedicAid expansion in their states? How does this affect the subsidies to patients (purchasers) of these policies? What is the effect on doctors? What about the reduction in payments to hospitals? Doctors? Increased number of patients (millions)? Doctors denying new patients because they will be refusing MediCare? What about the IPAB?
I don't believe that you (at this moment) have any idea how to answer these questions. What about the effect on business? What about the $3000 fine per employee on non-participating employers for not buying the federally required insurance? What about the cost of the premium on those employers if they do participate? What has the Darden Restaurant chain said that they will do to avoid these costs? What if we have more peopl...

You know nothing about it, judging by your response.
You are the Pavlovian response individual when you hear ObamaCare. The world is wonderful because he says so. Study it first then form an opinion.
Look up some of the things I mentioned (or all) and get back to me with another clever response.
For a moment I actually thought under all this machismo might be a decent human being, Begin to doubt it though....no, I certainly will not spent hours on the net to look up some things. There's are no facts, just different interpretations. Even stats can be manipulated depending on the way a question is put. And that's really enough for me. I am tired to repeat myself over and over again - most of the questions here are the same, just phrased differently.
{the p out of our health system}
??? the "p" out of our health system?
