While I don't like the idea of such people having guns, I can think of no means to prevent it AND protect the 2nd Amendment. The very first Gun Control laws were intended to keep guns out of the hands of Blacks. Gun Control is essentially flawed in its premise. Deny ANY competent Citizen his rights, and you risk trusting YOUR rights and your very life to the good will of Totalitarians. So the question you have to ask yourself is, 'Do I feel lucky'.

There is no reason to assign citizen's rights based on their political ideology. To do so would be contrary to the values contained within the US Constitution. There's your logic.

If your expressed concern truly was an honest desire to curb gun violence and you truly believed a firearms ban based on societal sub-group membership (assuming of course the subgroup was legal) was the right, honorable and legal method .... you would have included other subgroups whose members had committed as horrrendous a crime as this guy did. Nope .... you singled out this guy's group, in the honored method employed by the Marxist interlopers into America's societal landscape, most especially the Frankfurt Group and critical theory.

Everyone has to be required to have a gun to make it fair. People that live in big cities get in a lot of trouble if they are caught with a gun and that is unfair, because the cities are where you need it most.
