Who makes this classification?
Did this guy commit some felony or is he labeled because of his personal views that are protected by the 1st amendment?

If this were to be a new standard,... every member of the NAACP, Congressional Black Caucus, LaRaza, Muslim Brotherhood, New Black Panthers and 0bozo's entire cabinet would be banned.

The only thing that should determine eligibility to own a gun is whether or not they have committed a felony crime. As much as I abhor his viewpoint, he still has freedom of speech in this country and the right to gather with other like minded idiots in peaceful assembly - at least until the First Amendment is repealed.

i suppose white hating gang bangers and five percenters who claim whites are devils should be allowed to have guns in some peoples opinions. i have a right to own and am taking a security course w/ permit for full carry. i am pro white and am not a threat i would protect a black man woman or child if they were in mortal danger.

well at least you are not two faced about it. also the white supremecist movement and klan and nazi;s are not as much athreat as some make them out to be. we have more of a threat by M.S.13, mafia, bloods crips, russian mobsters, islamofacists. white supremecists tend to hang out mostly with like minded people. rarely do they commit vicious acts of violence. the rate of black on white violence is much higher. and a sikh is more likely to be killed in his business by a minority robber than a white sicko.

that includes the Panthers or any hate group. It is wrong to hate for any reason, but it is more wrong to hate for reasons of color or nationality. If you must judge a man, judge him by the content of his character and not his color, if you do you are a racist no matter what color you are.

I don't like this protection of Nazis, why the laws of 1945 are different then now is ridiculous. How long would a guy walking around wearing a NAZI symbol be alive in the 1940s? I don't think any of the lunatic fringe should be able to buy guns. Everyone should be required to go through an FBI and Homeland Security check to buy an automatic or semi-automatic weapon.

When guns were banned in England, the black market took over immediately and violent crime went up. The government/corporate media has labeled this guy as a White Supremacist. Should we ban guns to shrinks or Muslim Americans because of Maj Hasan's mass shooting at Ft Hood? How about the Obama supporter in the Gifford shooting in Colorado? Ban guns to them? Most gun crime is committed with black market weapons anyway.

Define a hate group. Atheists define some religions as hate groups.Some people define eco- terrorists as a hate groups. Muslim extremists use weapons other than guns to carry out hate. If our self protection is taken away we're at the mercy of any weapon they choose to use.
