Please read HJR 192 (1933), the UCC, 12 USC 411-412, Federal Reserve act, and check my blog on how the commerce system really works to answer this question.

I think the President and Congress should have there taxes raised to 75% to pay for all the spending they've been doing.

I think we should roll back the reagan and bush tax cuts on corporations. They have had a basically free ride for long enough, while we pay the difference.

No - not until we control government spending. Give them more and they'll spend it on other things, not apply it to the deficit.

The problem is on the spending side, not the revenue side.

The DC bureaucrats already do a good enough job at that to begin with. Let they find somebody else to bankroll their incompetency.

Repeal NAFTA and CAFTA, and TARP and execute any of the treasonous bastards that voted for it. Calls to congressmen came in at over 100-1 against all of these programs and they still voted them in, ruining our country.

Beck seems to want a 10 year, 2% VAT tax to pay off the debt and a Constitutional guarantee that it would not exceed that, and that the money would go directly to paying it off. (On top of what I said)
