I saw AMERICA today! I saw her in what she used to be. I saw her in the words of JFK in the asking "What can we do for Her!" For there are those who cry out for political correctness but are truly trying to squelch our fundamental and most reverend freedom given to us by those who came before us… those that ordained our Freedom of Speech.

But I will not allow them to ruin my thoughts of today. Rather I will see the faces of those who stood in line beside me, those who helped others in the calling of their name when their food was ready. I will remember this day at CHICK-FIL-A as a day..... I saw the REAL America! My hopes are that we will see her vote come November! OS

I think Americans are more politically and fiscally aware now than they have been in a long time. Also as an interesting aside, more and more Americans are becoming aware of their religious inclinations or lack there of.

Not much to respond given there is very little info in the question. Largely I feel NO. In America everyday people are turning things around for something. We have the power to change our environment like no other nation in history; now lets change those that are running our nation - starting with replacing this wealthy liberal progressive morally bankrupt president.

God I hope so! I hope people are waking up to the fact that the Dems and the Reps are one and the same, and that if people continue to vote the way they always do, this country will continue on it's downward spiral. I hope people are beginning to realize that all the technology and modern conveniences aren't actually improving our lives, they're actually making us dumb, apathetic, and lazy. I hope people are realizing that we all need to be self sustainable and not dependent on our government or even others (grocery stores/utilities/schools), for our livelihood, happiness, security. I hope people are realizing the responsibility of freedom, liberty, work, health , children, and home lies with us, the people. I hope people are realizing that the government work for us and not the other way around. I hope people are realizing that a government that can provide everything can also take it all away. I hope people realize all of this before it's too late.

Democracy and the republic are no more. Our politicians are all bought out on both sides. The banks, housing industry and big business have big bellies to feed with no end in sight. An economic collapse is inevitable. Then when more people become destitute they will look for scape goats to blame and minorities will be rounded up and put in camps to appease their god. This is our "Christian" future that I fear will come to pass.
