Do You Think the U.S. Should Stop Deporting Young Immigrants? (Obama Does)

Barack Obama made headlines Friday as he stated that his administration will no longer deport young illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. when they were children. His announcement, as expected, was met with part-joy and part-skepticism -- as well as a heckler who constantly kept interrupting the president as he spoke.

"These are young people who study in our schools, they play in our neighborhoods, they're friends with our kids, they pledge allegiance to our flag. They are Americans in their heart, in their minds, in every single way but one: on paper," the president said in his speech Friday morning. But he was also quick to add that this is not a permanent answer. "This is not amnesty. This is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship... It's not a permanent fix," Obama said. Do you think the U.S. should stop deporting young immigrants?

..... hate to break the news to you, but there is a huge difference between an Immigrant an a Illegal Alien.

The first is Legal, the latter is a Felon .... and no matter what, a Felon can't vote.

    Here's the Law NostraDumbAss ....

Constitution as now amended, forever withholds the right of citizenship in the case of accidental birth of a child belonging to foreign parents within the limits of the country.

The provision is, that ‘all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.

Need help cyperin' that info, or do you ... ahem ... " already know "

Our immigration laws have been very unfair for a very long time. Untill the past few years, the law for some time was that 10,000 unskilled immigrants per year, per the WORLD were allowed to come legally. 5,000 of those people had to come from certain countries in Central and south America where we determined that there was oppression.
for those who are thinking, Many more than that many jobs, mostly low paying, were available for a very long time. When people see movies and the news programs about the United States and then look at the lives they are existing in, those who are brave and ambitious do the same thing that most of our ancestors did, came to the United States.

When my ancestors and most people in this country's ancestors came, if you were not a criminal or had some contageous disease, they were in. NO quotas. Most did not learn English, though the next generation did, as is happening now. In fact, German nearly became the official language of our country.

Not only young people brought here should be made legal, but there should be an easy path to citizenship for those hardworking immigrants who are making our country great with their hard work who came here seeking the same dream the majority of our own ancestors had.

Those who understand what is fair and are not bigots can see that there is a need to allow these people a path to citizanship. They would be contributing to the tax base, legally, and would be giving a boost to Social Secruity coffers as they are mostly younger people to just name a couple reasons we need them.

I don't seen anyone saying that people should not be allowed to come here legally. And fair?!?! What happens to someone if they illegally enter a different country? Guarantee you it's not a path to citizenship!

..... breaking in to our Country is a Felony, and Felons cannot become Citizens, nor can they vote.

You claim family came legally but didn't speak English .... who filled out there documents .... you may want to consider the fact that prior to Sell-Out Progressives, Immigration Forms came in English only ?

Who were their Sponsors ... yes, another necessity back then ?

Who were their employers ... yes, another necessity back then ?

It seems like a tough call, but the truth is that virtually nobody is being deported unless they have broken other laws or have been caught red-handed attempting to get here, sometimes for the 20th time. many times there is good circumstantial evidence that these people are involved in the drug trade. Ignoring our laws to go around congress is a horrible idea that leads to all sorts of future abuses for increasing crazy reasons.

No one says their unwanted.. I want people to come to the US and become productive citizens, that’s what built this country, we are a nation of immigrants, but we as a nation of laws need to be able to control the borders for national security interests.

Without the regulation of immigration you risk putting the citizens of the country at risk of disease, viruses or pelages that infect the countries where immigrants are coming from. Remember when “Mad Cow Disease” struck Europe. The CDC was checking the shoes all inbound flights to the US to stop the spread of the disease. What if a pelage struck Guatemala or Mexico and we could not control the flood of refugees coming across the border? Think about it.

Napolitano's Office is a BIG BIG JOKE!!! The Immigration Department is worthless as far as protecting the Citizens of the United States of America, from being overrun with foreigners who HATE OUR GUTS!!! These people don't care about becoming citizens. They have no idea what they are even supposed to do. They are actually ALL ON VACATION here just seeing what they can get for free. Our Laws are imcompatible with their goals in life . . . Which is to just get by with whatever they can get for free. Why does't he ask them? I see these people by the thousands every every every day!! I don't think BH Obama has even seen one, yet.

No Columbus was Italian, sailing for Spain, and did NOT discover America he first landed in the Caribbean. The United States was first discovered by Nordic explorers.

Also I suggest you learn the difference between Federal Law and Felony. First Offense of Illegal Entry to the US is a Misdemeanor, just like a first offense of Drunk driving in most states.

.... we've astonishingly established that Illegal Aliens committed a crime, whether it be the first time they entered or the 101st time, it's still Illegal Entry.

Furthermore, I'll bet you a mountain of peso's that our screwed-up justice system has more repeat drunks incarcerated than they do Illegal Aliens .... and DUI isn't even a felony ... just a brilliant justice application.

That can be changed in the land of freedom & liberty, under the Constitution. Afterall, this country was originally stolen from Mexicans, Aboriginals & Native American tribes, not to mention bringing slaves into the country. If we can allow people to defect to this country & invite criminals from Cuba, we can give way to those who desire the same freedoms, as long as they wish to enter into society as Americans, especially those already here. Grow without discrimination & prejudice!

We don't live a perfect world & our country is not perfect, but we do have to keep it from falling apart, so if you have solutions better than what Romney or Obama have offered, I would vote for you & would run myself if I had the answers.

...................... or does he already have them signed-up and that's why he's suing Florida Arizona ?
