Word has it the fiasco has to be staged as a "close race" since both party's are planning to rig the elections to offset the Diebold problems that ocurred last time. Both are letting dead people vote. Both are supressing voters to minimize the electorate. Romney, who is a three time loser, is being chastised for "losing to a black guy too". Which has the Koch Bros kicking in more money and trying to hack the voting system from outside of the country to stop the 99% from gaining any kind of momentum. Currently all polls, which are biased in their questioning, is maintaining a close race. If it isn't close either side will call "foul". Otherwise, like Florida, the hanging chads will not be counted based on it will cause "irreperable harm" like the Bush defense to the Supreme Court in Bush V Gore. The precedent has been set. America is being taken over by foreign corporations from the Citizens United "law" that the Supreme Court "illegally" legislated for the takeover. It's time for all Yankees to "be aware" that it's coming from the corporate "14" headquarters from outside of the country. Beware of the Koch Bros intentions. They've bought up the system and are assisting, even, Iran in their nuclear weapons ambitions in order to trump Sorro's. More to come.

guess you have never looked at the electoral college before. the states that obama already will carry gives him a nice big edge.

That depends on what you think are "automatic" states. It's probably a fair bet he'll hold onto the entirety of the west coast, and most of the northeast. That's obviously more than those low density red states like Wyoming or whatever that are deep Red but hardly a huge advantage. Especially when you have states like Michigan actually in play going by polling and Romney is ahead in states like Florida already in multiple polls.

obama already has over 145 elctoral votes in the lib states, to romney's 76 in the red states. florida is still very much in play as is ohio. the winner of this election will win only by 20 electoral votes. to me that is not a landslide but many on thi site think 7% is a landslide

The only landslide I see is the record breaking amounts of cash being spent in these elections. Multinational corporations are spending more on these elections than they pay in taxes.

It costs a lot to buy two presidential potentials. And if they don't their competition will and will use the power to crush them. But that's okay, we all pay for it through inflated prices for our goods and services. It doesn't really cost the multinationals or the pols a dime.

That could be the kicker because Obama is taxing ALL corporation more & they are passing that on to us which, hurts us much more,Romney will give the same tax breaks Bush did plus extra credit to those who actually make here sell here & a tariff on imports,& corporations are run by people with stock holders, its called "looking at the big picture." We do need our companies to survive they are our jobs.

Considering the failure, and outright criminality of this most corrupt administration...Romney should win by a big margin...even with dem voter shenanigans.

Don't bother to unblock me I could care less what your little liberal mind thinks. but I do think blocking is cowardly and the shoe fits doesn't it.

Implying that Obama is going back to the hood because he's black is racist.

Not many whites would go back to the hood, now would they?
  • cm Unusual... 2012/06/21 23:24:24 (edited)

Then Obama is a racist according to you because he has used the word and BTW, he's half white. And for your information, I've heard the word hood used by many whites and Hispanics regarding their neighborhood, it's shorthand, to make that racist is pathetic.

why don't you block me like the coward voice_matters? I say coward because "it" takes a shot at me then blocks me, that's cowardly.

I read your profile, okay you got me. Please don't take this as an insult, it is a quote from my youngest son, "Agnostic are people that don't have the stones to admit they are atheist." After thinking about it I became an atheist. You do seem like an okay guy and I've visited your state many times. Peace.

"Hood" was used as a metaphor here. In this case it means 'corrupt politicians and their corrupt politics'. You need to change the color of that chip on your shoulder...from black and white to red, white, and blue.

The democratic party and it's Subsidiaries like ACORN by several other names will be putting on full court press to subvert the vote especially in areas where it will actually be close.
That is why it is so important for Americans to also put out a maximum effort to get the legitimate votes to the polls.
