Do you think the GOP would do better with Ron Paul?

Recently the media has slammed Romney for his comments about voters and the lack of knowledge he has on the international scene. Romney's proposal for job creation is a classic depiction of "Reaganomics" that would only bring our country into more debt. Ron Paul has been very knowledgeable and accurate with international events and had a more sound proposal for the creation of jobs in his plan. He also led the republicans in the military vote. Ron Paul could have also stolen many Democratic votes from the president because of his stance on the war. In a time when the votes are so close and the war is such a huge problem for our government, did the GOP make a bad choice in their selection of a representative?

I've supported Ron Paul since 1986 the only alternative now is to vote Gary Johnson Libertarian party. He will be on the ballots in all 50 states. Write in votes will be tossed in the garbage. We worked too hard for that to happen.

    Just whip out your Johnson!

    Liberty Truth Gary Johnson

The GOP will never get elected with these lunatic, novelty, niche candidates. They need a man with gravitas and realistic, moderate ideas about the issues America and the world will face in the future.

I think anybody would be better then Mittens. Ron Paul has a big following among young adults, because of his anti war beliefs, and I go along with that myself. But these young people might not realize along with his anti war dogma, he also believes in small government and that would end pell grants, and low interest on college loans. He does say no more corporate welfare, and I like that, but the Republicans would never, never, allow that. So he would have to gain the presidency as an independent, or some 3rd party candidate. Fat chance of that!!!

there are no true conservatives in the Republican party anymore. At least I haven't heard of any. All you get from the Republicans, is once a week some crazy statement, and the next week another tries to out do the last with a crazier statement!!!!

The reason that the GOP will lose the upcoming Presidential election has nothing whatsoever to do with Mitt Romney or Paul Ryan. It is not about personality. It is about vision and political platform. The GOP is totally out of wack with American thinking. On abortion--where 82% of Americans agree that women should have access to abortion in the case of rape. The 2012 GOP platform says NO WAY BABY! On same-sex marriage, most Americans support it, the GOP Platform says NO WAY BABY! On the Buffett tax proposal to step up taxes on millionaires--the people of the USA say OF COURSE! and the GOP Platform says NO WAY BABY.

Nobody could win on this platform, except maybe Ronald McDonald Reagan, who would have a gleam in his (clueless) eye and just say to reporters, "There you go again!"

Romney has adopted many of Ron Paul's issues, such as auditing the Fed.
Ron Paul blames the U.S. for anti-American Muslim sentiment.
He just doesn't get it. They want to kill us no matter what we do as part of their Jihad.
You can see the result of Obama's attempts at appeasment and apologies.

We need a strong leader who will stand up for America.

The first Muslim was Ishmael, son of Abram.
    Genesis describes him as...
"He will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone's hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers."

Of course and it's too bad the the people let the GOP and RNC get away with the lying, cheating and stealing. I blame the people for the demise of America. It's all on the neocons. They had their chance to take back our republic and they blew it once again.

Dee...i just put this on someone asking if they read the "anne frank diary" this is how uninformed people are on sodajerk ..it was proven a fake years ago.. ZIONISM 101 .............“History has many examples of myths that live a longer and richer life than truth. and may become more effective than truth.

The Western world has for some years hem made aware of a young Jewish girl through the medium of what purports to he her personally written story, "Anne Frank's Diary." Any informed literary inspection of this book has shown it to have been impossible as the work of a teenager.

A noteworthy decision of the New York Supreme Court confirms this point of view, in that the well known American writer, Meyer Levin, has been awarded $50.000 lo he paid him by the father of Anne Frank as an honorarium for Levin's work on the "Anne Frank Diary."

Mr. Frank, in Switzerland, had promised to pay to prominent Jewish author, Meyer Levin. not less than $50,000 because he had used the literary creation of author Levin in toto, and represented it to his publisher and the public as his late daughter’s original work.
