Do you think that legalizing marijuana, and regulation coupled with a mild to moderate tax base, could in one year, balance our budget and iside of two years, give us a healthy surplus, which could be used to fund medicaid/ medicare?

Ummmm, Didn't those studies only reflect the amount of medicinal pot being used and accounted for? With the D.E.A. siezinig truck loads and intercepting large shipments, and the average bust of several kilos, tells the story of a much larger amount of revenue to be made here.reply - Superman Pierre 2012/08/11 15:25:37
Actually, no it didn't. The studies I've looked at all tackled a broader range. Just like taxing the rich more, taxing pot doesn't even remotely come close to balancing this budget.reply
