No, but he purports to be a Democrat, so they have no choice but to put a pleasant face on concerning him. Hilary has said she "will not be Secretary of State for his second term." Of course we hope there isn't a second term for him, but they have many beliefs in common, actually. Saul Alinsky's teachings for one, and that "the end justifies the means", etc.

I really have no idea if they like him or not . I only think Hilary took the state job just so she could remain close to the action. I see her growing weary and haggard looking , this job has taken a toll on the old gal, just think what four years of being president would have done. I am sure she feels superior to Obama in color anyway.. She and Bill are arrogant and obnoxious people suspect in the very scetchy deaths of some people in Clintons admin.. Probably not personally. Powerful people rarely get along since they always think they could do it better.
My own personal theory? I think Hillary Clinton is smarter than Obama and I'm sure she was less than thrilled with some of his decisions. After biting her tongue while her somewhat difficult husband was in office for 8 years she may not be too happy at having to do it again.
