No, I don't think that they are retarded. I don't see any connection between the two at all. I think that atheists are "doubting Thomases", they just require more proof of the existence of God, or perhaps they just never really took the time to examine the proof that is here. I have noticed that a lot of atheists, some here on sodaheads, have very little knowledge of God, or what he is all about, and what little knowledge they do have, is twisted and turned into all manner of confusion. If I knew what to say to them, to incourage them to beleive in and accept God, I would say it right now. They are missing out on so much of the happiness, and love, and peace that only God can give them.

not at all trying to be mean, but i'm an atheist and i'm very happy in my life. i have plenty of friends and family that love me. and actually, i have taken time to examine the "proof" of a god, which is why i am an atheist.
