Do you think our country will recover from President Bush?

I am wondering what the country thinks about if we are going to be able to repair the damage from the 8 years of President Bush.
You!

Its more like lick your wounds and repair. The problem is complex, some things the powers are not will to give back and the other issue is that sometimes it takes more than 4 years to undo a wrong. This is my opinion and i have been exposed to it by an inside relationship with a previous governor of my state.

If Barack Obama is elected to be President we won't. The same way if John MCCain is elected.

It will take more than one term for a person to formulate a strategy and implementation to resolve the economy and deficit. Remember President Bill Clinton balanced our budget the second term he was in office. He had the aid of a Republic congress. The reason that the deficit has gotten out of hand is because you had a Republican President and a Republican majority in the house and senate. You are just asking for trouble when you have no checks and balances. If a Democrat is elected this fall you are liable to have the same problem. It is just according to how a person is able to make good judgments--Obama has shown that he does not have good judgment on several matters. John McCain has worked with persons from both parties to see legislation passed. Hillary Clinton has reached across party lines too. She has good judgment, is knowledgeable and is very policy savvy. She is the best choice for this country. But I am afraid if she is not the nominee for President in the Democratic Party it will John McCain who will win the election in the fall. Unless, we can write in her name on the ballots or she would consider running, as Lieberman did, as an Independent this fall. She would win and make history in two areas: first woman and first independent President. Win Win Situation!!!!!!!!!
