Yes, it’s an important event that’s worth highlighting again.

Why not - did Bush try to use "Mission Accomplished".... Didn't Reagan use Carter's failed attempt to rescue the hostages against him?..so yeah, it's fair game to use it...

It is part of Obama's record as President and it is reasonable to bring it up (whatever one's opinion of the operation might be) -- just as Bush's big announcement of "Mission Accomplished" was part of his record.

No, because it was the Bush administration that helped to defeat him in the first place.

I'd add it to my resume too.
I don't mind President Obama using this in the campaign. I think it is an event we can all be proud of, especially those directly involved.
I wish we had more events that unified us as a nation.

It could end up biting Mr. President in the @$$ if he uses it for political gain.

Keep on highlighting it - the Nation of Islam said that Obama had "blood on his hands" after it happened, Code Pink denounced Obama for killing bin Laden and every leftist progressive who believes that Islam is a religion of peace will be reminded that it was Obama's doing. That represents his base - and this campaign to turn Obama into the reincarnation of General Patton will backfire, just as his "war on women" schtick has done.

I am a democrat, and I have had enough. We need to concentrate on Economics and domestic problems, not terrorists. We must close our borders, as we have heard the terrorists are coming through Mexico.

I'm a democrat voter also, but I've never heard of a campaign where the candidates didn't use everything positive they accomplished to demonstate their worth, that is just everything that makes a race. Tell me of one race of any kind that this tactic is not used. Tell me one president or presidential hopefull that didn't use this method. Our eigth grade campaign even used it and that was 48 years ago. We need to concentrate on economics and domestic problems, but that doesn't mean sabotaging your our campaign, that would be a result of GOP brainwashing making good and hopefully as a party are not that stupid. I'm not calling you stupid, just making a collective summation.

And this president has done nothing to improve the economy and nothing for border security...Just alot of smoke and mirrors with job numbers......The only people who should get credit is the U.S. Military for getting Osama....
Obama can't run on his record because it's dismal....He just attacks his opposition as obstructionist and buys votes with empty promises and lies....
Let's not forget his out of control spending....5 trillion and going up..!!...He makes Bush look frugal and he spent way to much too..!!
I'm not trying to insult anyone who voted for Obama but his record sucks and if they still vote for him then all I have to say is his supporters must just be plain stupid...And that proves that old saying is right...YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID..!!!
If I don't like how a politician I voted for is running things then I'll vote him out...!! Regardless of party affiliation..!!

The majority of those jobs where seasonal and part time work, not career opportunities.......Your not gonna change the truth with this stat.....4.4 million jobs have disappeared in America under Obama...thats a fact!!
46.2 million people in poverty, a 52 year high...thats a fact.....Labor force drops to 30 year low 63.7%..thats a fact.....4.7 million people stopped looking for work since Obama took office..thats a fact....when he was touting about creating over 250,000 in January 2012, 1.2 million people dropped out of the work force in the same month....These are all facts.....But you won't hear about them from your left wing Obama supporting main stream media.....Such a shame.....
If you ask anyone if they would re-elect a president with those numbers and they said yes I'd recommend psychiatric care for them...If these numbers we're from a republican president the left wing would be calling for his head on a platter....

Another month of sub-par job groth...115,000...and the report came in today that a half million people in the last 2 months are out of the work force and over 250,000 this month....So thats the only way Obamanonics can get the unemployment numbers down to 8.1%....less people equals lower percentage numbers....Oh by the way, the 30 year low in the labor force just got even lower today....It's now 63.3% as opposed to 63.7%....great way to fudge the numbers for your boy Oduma....
your just a brainwashed liberal idiot who doesn't have the brains to see the truth....all you have to say is liar liar?....the only lie here is the person who told you that you have a ounce of intelligents.....hahaha...stupid liberal!!!

Care to show that, because those are the same numbers that PROVE that OBAMA has created more jobs than he's lost during his tenure. Have fun with that.

The Dept. of Labor shows the numbers well enough, and if you have specific numbers you're talking about, you should post them. Otherwise, you're just trolling.

There is really no point dealing with Obama’s success in finding bin Laden, for all his views on the legitimacy of the September 11 attacks as a weapon against what many people, not all Muslims, see as the “US watchdog” (Israel).

Only if Obama wants to embarass himself and alienate himself from the military and his own parties pacifist all at the same time.

But the more he tries to take the credit for it, the more the ground operators are saying, “Come on, man!” It really didn’t matter who was president. At the end of the day, they were going to go.’

Mr Obama has faced criticism even from allies about his decision to make a campaign ad about the bin Laden raid. Arianna Huffington, an outspoken liberal who runs the left-leaning Huffington Post website, roundly condemned it.
She told CBS: ‘To turn it into a campaign ad is one of the most despicable things you can do.’
[Even the liberal media thinks it is a tacky move]

Brandon Webb, a former SEAL who spent 13 years on active duty and served in Iraq and Afghanistan, said: ‘Bush should get partial credit for putting the system in place.

Special Operations Command (SOCOM) that have been on video teleconferences with Obama on these kill or capture situations say that Obama has no issue whatsoever with making decisions and typically it's kill. He’s hitting the kill button every time

If you can even believe the fairy tale that Obama has concocted in the first place, you are naive and have not paid attention to the trail of Osama B. Laden. Such as where and what Laden was doing at the time of the attack.
Find that info and we will talk more.
[ hint it was reported by 3 networks in the USA and a few others in the world]
