I was in the Military when Carter was in the White House, and I can tell you that this is much worse. OZbama is so far over his head and out of his league.

While I didn't like Bush, Obama has taken all his policies and given them steroids. Obama promised us change, but he just took Bush's policies, ran with them, and took them to even greater extremes than what they were already. Gitmo was supposed to be closed, but now a US citizen could be detained there indefinitely. He was supposed to end the occupation of Iraq, but has instead gone into Libya and wants to go into Iran. The only real difference is party affiliation.

You really don't have a firm grasp on American history if you believe either one of these are in the top 5 worst Presidents. Try Franklin Pierce, Herbert Hoover, or Andrew Johnson for starters. edit: After seeing all the other comments, It's as equally absurd to say that W. Bush was one of the worst presidents for the same reason. Sure I'm not a fan of Bush but that doesn't make him the devil. People need to really stop equating any political difference with malice and absolute evil.
