Then how come he never presented either document in court as evidence. In fact a Florida Judge asked his attorneys to present it as evidence and they refused. WHY when all they'd have to do is present it and it would all go away, that is if it's legit because they'd be damn fools to present if it's not; could that be it because it's the only thing that makes sence??????????

She said, “accepting the view of the ALJ would mean that a candidate can determine his or her own qualifications …” She also criticized his interpretations of law.
