When does the buck stop? He's bypassed congress at least 5 times now. It's illegal...but it doesn't seem to be illegal enough to merit any sort of punishment....so what do we do....

Yes, and this is the Amnesty Act of 1986 the Liberals are bitching about Ronald Reagan having signed into law - notice anything? Like, how it was introduced through Congress rather than pulled up out of thin air in a Executive Over-reach for Dictatorial power?
