Such a stupid debate this is.
A) I think it's pretty damn sick that people choose the FIRST black president to say this about. Even though MOST presidents lose weight and wind up looking like hell after their first term. That is common knowledge.
B) It's no ones business.
C) Plenty of people with HIV/AIDS appear perfectly healthy, and are even overweight. Plenty of people who do NOT have HIV/AIDS are underweight. Anyone who thinks weight loss is a sure sign of HIV/AIDS is a moron.
Do you think Obama has HIV-AIDS - He Looks Unhealthy

It's Hard To Tell

Are you actually suggesting that people can no longer even question a president's health...it is kind of important...since he is running the country... ....think about it.
The man is deplorable for wreaking havoc and doing all in his power to destroy the U.S.A....but I would never wish him any ill will, that would be wrong! I believe very strongly in the Bible and as you know, we are instructed to pray for our enemys...which I do.
Anyway...Turtledove I've enjoyed being able to discuss this with you. Thanks again.

It's uncalled for wishing someone has a disease that kills them, it's even more so hoping it's a "new fast progressing kind."
I notice his face is looking a bit fuller now - he may be having injections of Restylane or something like it to remove the sunken appearance under his cheekbones and around his mouth (which is characteristic of the disease)
"For numerous HIV-infected patients, facial lipoatrophy has become a frustrating reality. While not typically life-threatening, it can lead to comorbidities and is one of the most stigmatizing complications of HIV. And because facial lipoatrophy is believed to be an adverse effect of antiretroviral therapy, it can significantly affect a patient’s “relationship” with his or her regimen, potentially resulting in poor adherence or termination of therapy altogether, even if the regimen is achieving a desired effect on viral load and CD4 cell counts."
The photo below shows signs that indicate possible Restylane injections...
