B. Refute that Islam teaches that it's adherents must convert, enslave or kill all "infidels (non-muslims)."
They are to blame for their people acting on what they were taught to do.
Christians teach peace and love. Errant Christians are misquided since they are not taught to be that way. That said,Christians are NOT precluded from fighting a Just war!
In Christianity, it is said that ultimately all Christians will rise to heaven and the rest of the folks will remain on earth to be destroyed. That's a very short, simplistic summation of a very complicated subject, I know. But the implication here is that God will take care of non-Christians, you just stick to your faith and you'll be rewarded in the end.
Therefore, basically, the muslim religion is ultimately going to instruct the faithful to kill off the unfaithful. As for Christianity, the unfaithful are going to die but it won't be at the hands of the people, it will be taken care of by God. And, of course, if you don't happen to believe as Christians do, then you won't be worried at all anyway.
So, to address the question specifically, when muslim extremists commit an act of terror, the overall religion is to blame. When Christian extremists commit a similar act of terror, it is merely the act of a few fanatics and not endorsed by Christianity as a whole.
When the nutjobs from Westboro Church pull their schit, the liberal media would have you believe all Christians behave that way.
You will see Real Christians stand up and denounce Westboro but Rarely do you see muslims condemn islam's murderous acts.

I have yet to see any Christians do this over hundreds of years that people make fun of Jesus Christ, The Messiah.
