    but he didnt do that any way, the lawsuit is being twisted, I really wish Obama and Romney both would stop using the military in their cat and mouse political game. Neither one of them are friends of the military.

    It's a matter of public court record in Ohio, yet you still refuse to believe the truth. Wow! That kool-aid you're drinking is the most potent I've witnessed. Hooked on it so badly you'll disbelieve all truth that reveals Obama's evil agendas to destroy America.

    Do you similarly disbelieve the fact that just last month Obama unconstitutionally handed out 800,000 work permits to illegal aliens, despite the fact that over 20 million of our own citizens are out-of-work?

    The "differential in the time period" phrase is the nexus of the issue, in that, in essence what Obama is trying to do is to deprive military voters of the grace period they are allowed IN ADVANCE that is made necessary for them to be able to have unfettered access to voting process, rather than be unfairly impeded by their location outside the U.S.

    If you don't already understand how bookies operate to take bets, I'll explain it to you:

    Vegas bookies generate betting action by offering great odds to stimulate bets for a side they figure will lose. That's how they make their most money, getting as many folks to bet on the loser as possible. So if they post Obama as favored to win 5-4, many dummies like you who don't understand the mechanics of Vegas odds-making will jump on the bandwagon.

    YOU should heed your own advice. For it's an irrefutable matter of public record in the Ohio court system that the Obama administration did indeed file a lawsuit as noted by Mitt Romney. Surely you don't think leftwing media would let Romney [and many other news sources as well] state a false report, do you? DUH!

    It is trying to eliminate the provision that allows military advance time to cast votes, given them to off-set the fact that they are stationed outside the country without access to voting booths there.

    Plaintiffs bring this lawsuit to restore in-person early voting for all Ohioans during the three days prior to Election Day – a right exercised by an estimated 93,000 Ohioans in the last presidential election. Ohio election law, as currently enacted by the State of Ohio and administered by Defendant Ohio Secretary of State, arbitrarily eliminates early voting during the three days prior to Election Day for most Ohio voters, a right previously available to all Ohio voters.

    How, exactly, is that going to take away military voter's rights?

    We should be restricting politicians pay to that of the military whose liberties they restrict...

    We should be restricting politicians pensions to that of the military personnel they restrict..

    We should be restricting politicians healthcare to the VA whose funding they restrict...

    We should be demanding our politicians recite the Bill of Rights and the Constitution publicly...so they understand the RESTRICTIONS those documents place on politicians.
