Otherwise I don't think it's a good idea, because the bone structure of younger teenagers hasn't fully matured yet. Also, teens tend to change their mind a lot as they grow older. If a 16 year old teen thinks a certain nose shape is a great idea, who knows how she will feel about it two years later.
