is when POLITICAL APPOINTEES ..
are the ones who are FAR BEHIND in paying their 'fair share' of taxes ..
They've bundled a lot for the 'body politic public face' ..
why can't they seem to account for their income ..
pay their taxes/bills ..
and why are they not able to follow the SAME LAWS ..
the same PROSECUTION ..
that the regular folks would face ..
if we should do what they do ..
