Absolutely, an act, Under oath, knowing she would have to lie or telling facts that would more than likely to cause incarceration for someone on Obama's staff.
Since hearing they were watching in real time in the situation room, I have visions of all of them, including Obama, sitting around being served hors d'oeuvres and drinks while their people were being killed.
