Do you think Gay Marriage should be legal?

Gays are no different to "normal" people...They deserve the exact same as us.

Oh yes it might be legal,l it their way of living that they know what they are doing or what they mean to every one and his mind and the way of living

i think ALL marriages should be illegal. would save a whole lot of trouble

Love is an emotion. An overpowering emotion at that.
It is not a religious or political statement.
This shouldn't even be an issue, gay or not they are still human so why should they have to fight for a right to marriage just because of their sexual orinination. This is what is wrong with the world today, we say we are all for human right but we deny gay people rights, we deny people in severe agony the right to die with dignity. Everyone whould have the same rights as everyone else regardless of their race, religion or sexual orintation.
God sake its 2012 for crying out loud.

Oh gee another gay marriage question what a surprise

It gets so old doesn't it. This is the third time today this question was asked.

I looked on a page the other days of shared questions. On that page were no less than 5 questions asking exactly the same gay marriage question. My delete button is working over time.

And after I posted on here, there was another one. Don't these people think about anything else besides the gay issue? Geez...........................

my mind begins to shut down every time I see a page full of the same question over and over, day after day. Boring after boring.

I agree and it's getting so that's all we're getting. Same old thing. What I love....NOT are the ones that ask...Do you think I'm pretty, how's your sex life, should I leave SH. etc, you know what I mean. lol

It really is none of my business who other people want to marry. I'm not going to try and define love. It doesn't effect me at all...why should I stop other people from being happy? If they want to get married, why should I care?

If you don't like gay marriage....then don't do it! You aren't entitled to take away another person's happiness.

Because the Lord says it should be between a man and a women.

And he also said all the spirit i created is all good and there is going to be generation upon generation which we are going to meet different live and many histories

Because now that it isn't I want to get married to a person of the same sex just because it is forbidden.

Everyone should have the right to marry the one they truly love regardless of their gender. Society needs to understand that love is love, no matter what.

Gay people should have the right, because straight people don't have the right to oppose.

I've answered this question many times, so here's my same response:

"As a Libertarian, I believe that marriage shouldn't have any place in the government, whether you're heterosexual, or LGBT. It's a private matter that should totally be left up to the individual, and government shouldn't be getting involved with our personal lives as such. However, knowing that the government is involved, and all the legal stuff that's involved with marriage, there should be no double-standards. I believe that if heterosexuals are able to get married, then, it's not right to deprive others. LGBT individuals should be allowed to get married as well!"

I think that same sex couples should have the rights of a traditional man/ women couple but not have the word 'marriage' associated with it. It's all about the rights isn't it?

I think it's so stupid that people have to have permission from their government to marry the person they love. Isn't America supposed to be the land of the free? What kind of freedom is not being allowed to marry the person you love?

There's really no reason to not allow it.

I think anything that doesn't harm people or their property or rights should be legal. By rights I mean the Catholic Church shouldn't have to marry gays if they don't want to, but gays should be able to call their unions marriages.

Marriage shouldn't be a case of legality. Marriage should be informal, if you want it to be formal you get a civil union as well, which will be for two adults.

It should be legal everywhere. There isn't anything wrong with being homosexual. I don't understand how it hurts anyone either. I haven't heard one good reason as to why it should be illegal. People spend all this energy worrying about it. There are more important things to focus on. Everyone needs to leave them alone. How about minding your own damn business? We all should have the opportunity to get married or no one should.

It may be a good reason to you, but to me it isn't at all. You're telling me that your god says being a homosexual is wrong. Well that's no good. A god like that is just another ass**** to be added to the bunch and shouldn't have the status of god. Everyone should be free to be with whomever they like.

How can something that is by definition impossible be made legal? Marriage is the union of one man with one woman. So called gay marriage is NOT marriage, no matter if you want to call it that or pass laws to make it legal.

Wow....this question is posed more times per day than Rosie ODonnell has fat cells...NO.......ITS WRONG !
