Clint Eastwood is a conservative. He made a commercial that ran during the super bowl half time only to have it twisted into a commerical for Obama.

i think his brain must be getting a bit soft from all the booze and women he has had over the years........why didn't he do a commercial for the 99ers? if this is halftime what the fu** are we going to do with obama at the helm calling the plays for 4 more years besides curl up and croak?

NO! He's too intelligent to be "used" by anyone.

I agree Tunde , He is way to savy a guy to be used , or fooled , and I would hate to be Chrysler or anyone else that Eastwood discovered that used him or made a public fool of him. If the news media is unsure of the meaning of that commercial , then they should directly interview the corportate person responsible for the advertisement at Chrysler as to exactly what every sentence in the commercial meant to convey, and they should have a one on one direct interview with Clint Eastwood and ask him to explain clearly what he knows each sentence he spoke in the commercial to convey ,and then the actual director and producer of the commercial exactly what the director intented to convey to the viewer. After all CE was just an actor playing a part and delivering lines of a script , at the vision of the director . Guessing here on SH as to what we think someone might have meant is just a waste of time

Clint Eastwood expressed his views, and despite what you might think, they involved neither Chrysler nor Obama, but instead was nothing more than a patriotic stance.

True but the anointed one thinks it was. A go for his reappointment go another four years.

and there have been gop politicians angry at Clint for making the ad because they thought so as well. Im not going to take political sides, all im saying is what CLINT himself actually said about it, after all know one can know his motives but himself.
