Must have been some reason and all this "Sky Man" stuff gives us a clue as to the background. If "us" were Priests or other religious sorts, don't waste more time telling about the "evaluations" as we know the rest of the story.

It's quite simple I was a medic attached to a Marine unit and then served a large metropolitan area responding specifically to trauma calls. I've seen a lot of death, I've seen a lot of dismemberment, I've seen a lot of gun shot wounds (I served a high crime area for a fair amount of time). Evaluations were routine as many who do my job eventually suffer from PTSD or some other type of anxiety disorder. Responding to any call that involved the death of children resulted in evaluations. Responding to calls that involved some type of violent death such as a GSW, or a dismemberment from motor vehicle accidents also often resulted in evaluations. While enlisted we also had routine evaluations. I was fortunate, not all departments have the resources we had. I never minded the evaluations.

As for your comments concerning the Clergy; I'm not Roman Catholic. So far as I am aware the Orthodox body of which I am a part has never had an accusation of any type of sexual abuse. I also know that in my position our response, should any such accusation be made, is to help the family notify the authorities and then notify the Bishop; in that order.

Now if you have something to add to the discussion I'd be interested in reading it but if your intention is to continue to question my sanity or to continue to take shots at a Church I don't even belong to I am not really interested in continued discussion with you.

would not matter - personally I think a car explosion with it full of gas in the tank and trunk would kill more people - look at the middle east - guns all over the place there - yet IEDs and car bombs kill way more than guns - bottom line is - if crazy people want to kill you they are going to find a way

Please call them tactical weapons. Do not use the gun grabber terminology.

Animal hunters do not need assault weapons unless they are very poor shots. In that case, they should not be out hunting. Assault weapons are for killing lots of people. American citizens have not needed them until we got stuck with a socialist pig racist for president. We might need them to defend ourselves against Obama's gestapo dogs.

Isn't this a great example of the sickness that surrounds us, the teaching of violence and murder to innocent children. When they are teenagers and face a crisis or failure, they can
take "Daddy's gun" to school and kill their tormentors, or go to Grandma's house and kill the old lady and steal her car. Sickos, absolute fools without any remorse for their stupidity.

Okay, I really hope those are unloaded. Kids incapable of responsibly handling a weapon should not be used to make a statement like that...it's sick, and it sends the wrong message, and this is coming from someone who believes the Second Amendment is absolute.

To much MSM is why people believe they are Assault Weapons. They are Combat or Tactical weapons perfectly legal to sell and purchase in the US. To inform those who don't know Full Auto weapons and suppressors could be owned by anyone up until 1934 when the National Firearms Act was put into place. A full auto weapon and suppressor can be legally owned in this country as long as you purchase the 200 dollar tax stamp for the weapon and the suppressor and pass the proper background checks. Suppressors can now be used for hunting wild game.

I already know who will say yes and who will say no. So I will just say that you can protect yourself with a 22 as easily as you can with an AK-47.

There were 4 shooters according to eye witnesses... Just like the Colorado shooting had more than one according to eye witnesses. Stinks of a "ends justifying the means" scenario.
