I am a Black female, and I feel Black, White, Grizzly or Grey regardless to the color of ones skin, a trial is a must, it respresents the great American way. Now what did you expect? You probably felt that all people of color would say yes, I see that so far one person did say yes, how biased and immature.

People are too hung up on skin color, skin color is fickle because it is only based on location and not so much on genetics as try to make it seem. The black, white, spanish, asian etc. are all just human beings and have a right to a happy life.

Or should be the other way around. Justice and crime need to be dealt with fairly and within the law. If you don't like the law or the process work to change it the right way never take it into your own hands no matter how tempting it is.

If it is 100% proven through DNA etc, yes, any rapist should be executed, they have violated someones' human rights, therefore they should give up their human rights, they don't realise just what damage they do to their victim mentally as well as physically

Carson & Playerazzi, the only answer I could give to that is the hope that the guy pleads guilty before going to court, sometimes this does happen but it still goes to trial, my reasoning behind this is the fact that my goddaughter was raped at the age of 7 by a 23 year old guy, he admitted his guilt, when it went to court, he denied it, my goddaughter had to re-live the event all over again, luckily, she's 24 now & although it still haunts her occasionally, she has put it behind her, but when re-living the events, it was very, very traumatic for her & her family.

no, he had a rich mummy & daddy, they didn't want their reputation ruined so they paid for an old judge to take the case, he accused my 7 year old goddaughter of "flirting" he got away with it.

well, my goddaughter still has the odd bad day, but in general she gets on with her life, the guy that raped her has moved to another country, probably paid for by his parents & he probably did or still does this sort of thing, I can't really answer as to what should be done, I think that his genitals should have been cut off at least. I just hope that he hasn't raped anyone else.......

As he admitted it, although not in court, but he did brag about it openly in public & one of his friends went to the police & reported him because they were disgusted by his behaviour, he could have ruined her life for his self gratification & that to me is selfish

But the question was not about any specific individual it was about any white person in general being accused of harming a black person. No one should be just sentenced without being given a trial. Unless of course if the person is actually caught in the act like some officer in NY who was caught raping a woman.

Race shouldn't matter. Everyone is entitled to a fair trial. I will add however those caught in the act regardless of race, committing murder, rape or heinous acts against against children should be executed on the spot. Please note I said "caught in the act". Save tax payers dollars on worthless scum that are going to use the excuse they had a bad childhood. I'm so sick of hearing that one.

It would be racist to only do this just because he's white it doesn't matter by the color of skin it depends on the reason. For example serial killers, rapist, sex offenders, child molesters should be killed but that's only if this person can't stop doing what that person is doing but serial killers should be killed immediately to protect the public or endangerment of anyone.

Our laws are only as good as those upholding them. The last thing needed is a sentence being carried out before a real trial even begins. We must follow the laws & procedures our nation has set before us not eye for an eye vigilante killings. We can't throw out the Constitutional rights of any American citizen!
