    I have been telling people for years that taking vitamin supplements is not only useless but could be hazardous. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that when the dosages given on the bottle are saying 100 or 200% of your daily requirements are given it can't be good. If a doctor instructs you to take a suppliment that is indicated by blood test not just because it sounds good. I am 56 years old, never taken a supplement or the other big fantasy, flu shots and seem to be fine.
