You must be the minority in Your Country on this issue because Your Country’s Government still believes in the sanctity of Life.
You should really make an effort to educated yourself on the History of Planned Parenthood since You're a minority in the U S A, check out the origin.

However, if PP wasn’t just in the business of Killing Unborn Babies, then maybe the conversation would be different.
In the USA alone it has become a lucrative Business with a Profit and more and more women not just “teenagers” are having abortions in lieu of BC or sex preference like in China; that’s a problem!
Hence, when any Nation No longer values Innocent Life, that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
Consequently, I respect your Country and its Government that’s willing to take a stand and Protect Innocent Life; I wish my Country would take the same measures.
By the way, I don’t know if you have teenage children, while they are very curious it’s still the parents’ job to educate their children and remind them of the responsibilities that are associate with sex.
While, some societies have become prevalent in believing that having a child is a “nuisance” rather than a Gift from God, we must remember that there are some sexual diseases that can sterilize or even kill a person.
Furthermore, teenagers are undoubtedly irresponsible; it’s a natural process that leads them eventually into adulthood.
So why than does ANY responsible parent or adult want to promote BC to our teenagers?

My oldest child knows about sex b/c I have also talked to her, but the difference between darlene’s comment and mine's that I taught my child to have self respect and that if she’s incapable of taking care of herself as a teenager then SEX isn’t and shouldn’t be her pass time.
In the U S A there are many Liberal parents as you have saluted darlene, her son had he taken his mom’s advise would have probably had an “unwanted” pregnancy that most likely would have ended up in an Abortion.
To add, my husband’s mother gave him condoms when he was 15 yrs old and his sister was on the pill before the age of 18 yrs.
Now my husband the father of a 16 yr old daughter would NEVER EVER consider this option.
Our children are being raised Catholic and we believe what the Church teaches; Marriage before Sex.
Don’t get me wrong, once my children leave our home and CAN fend for their selves, whatever they do whether to have sex before marriage or not, it will be their decision and our conscience will be free of mind knowing that we taught our children what’s right and they will now have the Free Will to chose as they want and find fit for themselves.

While, in the U S A their success rate comes from Abortion, which in turn is a Lucrative Business.
Sadly, those that teach “safe sex” are the ones who's BC fails tend to turn to Abortion.
