That's strange. I know some American Muslims and they are the sweetest people you would ever want to know. It is dangerous to hate. It will poison your life and make your world miserable.

If they are true to their islamic book... it says they should be friendly to their enemies till they are ready to strike. That is ok if you know some "sweet ones".
Watch your back... Sorry but I do hate our enemies especially those who are out to bring down the US just as they brought down the towers on 9/11. Good luck to you...

It would not matter in the least who the GOP nomination is. The Republican party is so far removed from the center in their ideology they might as well be from another planet. The party is self absorbed and has no plans to resume their role in actually doing anything that could be even remotely considered good for our country. Not only are they hateful and mean spirited they are hell bent on taking everything back to the dark ages. I happen to believe in progressive plans for a sustainable future for my grandchildren which does not coincide with the GOP plans. As for Mitt Romney.....I do not believe he has any idea of how he thinks he is going to work with the Congress that has only one adgenda and that is to fully support making sure the status quo increases their tax breaks, continues to eliminate all social programs and eliminate those programs which benefit all Americans, public education, environmental protections, etc. etc. America is a big business but not one that is in the business of making a profit for its shareholders. It is in the business of achieving a balance for all Americans to live in a country where everyone can be assured of enjoying the freedoms that are necessary to receive an education, have adequate health care and the opportunity reach for their dreams.

then why don't we just tax the rich who created all this debt to begin with...you know the crash of the greedy ones at Wall Street.

The rich are the ones who create jobs. When was the last time a poor person signed your check?
  • Seerman Stay'na... 2012/06/15 15:06:28

That's a myth created by the Republicans. Can't believe anyone would believe this if they did the research. The rich keep getting richer and we will get poorer and poorer. The rich tend to horde and keep their money. They are not interested in distributing it to create jobs. The facts bear this out. Taxing the rich need to return. They are like any other American citizen.

No. Not only him, but never again a republican. The Dems are not saints, but the GOP and their 1% owners have ripped the middle class to pieces - and they apparently don't care. Thomas Jefferson may be right - it may take a revolution to drive home the point.
And this is from a Christian who is also now a socialist as well.

I do believe, sir, you must be a Fox News viewer. Try gathering your own info (work, I know) and you will not come to such an asinine conclusion.

And you must listen to Maddow and the rest of the idiots at MSNBC & CNN. Look at the ratings. FOX is the one who is #1. Try opening your closed mind (if you have one). Obama is a lying sack of you-know-what. But I understand that liberals have a problem thinking for themselves. Just something born into them.

Romney is the best choice to get economy back on track, even Bill Clinton agrees with that. Please note that I was never a Clinton fan, But he is pragmatic, and understands what its going to take to things rolling again...and wht will stop it. This time he is right.

There are many things to consider in this. Just how much power does the President ultimately hold? Can he call drone strikes on Tea Party rallies?
Mr. Romney is a fine fellow, I'm sure, but in this case I believe any vote would be affirmation of the larger "NeoCon" methodology as channeled through the hijacked Republican Party. Once upon a time, I thought voting for President was choosing a leader to direct the advancement of the nation with politics secondarily considered. Now there is the same mentality as a sporting event. I have a hard time with it. I can't stand the NeoCons and their philosophy...
If there were a rational choice, I would definitely consider another candidate. These days, though, as the farce of a Republican Primary season has amply demonstrated, it's either vote for the incumbent President, Mr. Obama, or vote for a political machine that has no intention of honoring any commitments to the nation nor for that nation.
    Bloody NeoCons...

Romney is a tax cheat and a pathological liar. He's plan to give more tax breaks to himself and others of the super wealthy and raise taxes on the rest of us is the epitome of stupidity, the country would completely crash. His foreign policy is to tell other countries how great he is and the standard Republican statement of our way or the highway will lead directly to another unpaid for Republican war.

Certain an improvement over having a President who has apologized to every petty leader in the world and accomplished nothing ( except he killed Osama, wait for the movie). Our national debt has increased by 35% in 3 1/2 years, think of the damage in another 4 1/2 years. Of course, you won't have to pay, your grandchildren can deal with the debt.

    Oh, so
Romney saved the auto industry and put all those peope back to work? You know that is a total lie. His lying and record of destroying jobs are too obvious to ignore. Romney will bring slavery to the middle class and make it extinct because it is clear he has not heart. He just loves to fire people.
