I have found that I do, for the most part. Although I don't feel all 'warm and fuzzy' towards those that who profess hatred towards liberals, I certainly don't hate people who don't support all liberal ideas; neither do I.
Liberals have rights too. I'm liberal on some issues and conservative on others. ergo I support liberalism and I support conservatism.

I cannot, in good conscience, support any organization that relies on hate speech, bullying tactics, racism, intolerance, the support of terrorist groups, Communist/Marxist/Socialist organizations, lies, misinformation, flag burners, double standards, direct intolerance and low intelligence of it's disciples.
Modern Progressive Liberalism; a fairly recent ideological abomination that has been embraced by the party of the Democrats (certainly not the democrats of FDR and HST) champions Abortion, Atheism and the celebration of Homosexualism. Other planks of its platform are fiscal irresponsibility and the abrogation of personal responsibility and accountability. In my opinion, it is singularly responsible for every evil that besets our society today.
I don't support liberalism. I don't understand how people do support it. It's so out in...well "left" field that it's rather too stupid to subscribe to. It's so anti-american that I can't take it in more than small doses.
What are you talking about. Liberal and Democrat are in no way synonymous. I'd be the first to admit that Eisenhower was the last Republican I would have supported and FDR the first Democrat. Wilson and Jackson were horrible Presidents and Roosevelt and Lincoln were phenomenal. Any person worth the label liberal, should have to admit this.
No one is talking about reparations though. Occasionally you'll hear comments about the present condition of African Americans. How one in ten black men are in jail at any one time, how the average black wealth is worth 1/20 of average white wealth. Statements of the current conditions of African Americans. But this does not involve reparations or anything like that. It involves the problems of today. The problems of racial profiling and unequal access to education are what is focused on.
