Say jackass... Did you notice public opinion is not exactly a good indicator of anything. Or are you a huge fan of our president that won an election in which more ppl voted than ever before.

Hitler had a hell of a lot of Germans raving his remarks as well.

Yes and GHOST was a, very, popular movie, it still was terrible.
I think you were trying to be clever, but maybe just give an opinion, reasons for your opinion. That is what gets you heard.

apparently you do feel a need to justify it - or why bring it up at all?
what we don't say is often more telling than what we do say.

    just sayin . . . .

It IS a little heavy handed to say something, does not need to be said, when no one asked. Like protesting one's inncocence, before anyone has noticed any wrong had been done. lol

Well, may I ask you to justify it? Because nobody against gay marriage has ever given me a good reason to not allow it.

7 billion people? Something tells me we're not exactly running low on humans.. 10% of the world is LGBT and the other 90% are straight. It's not like we're being over run here or that we have a shortage of straight people, in fact LGBT people are important because they can adopt one of the thousands of children up for adoption. So don't worry its not contagious!

How is reproduction a good reason to not allow gay marriage? What about straight couples that refuse to have children or can't have children? By your logic that gay people shouldn't be allowed to get married because they can't have children then people who can't or refuse to have children obviously shouldn't be allowed to get married either.

But you didn't say that. You said gay people can't have kids therefore they can't get married and therefore straight people who can't or won't have kids can't get married either.
My goodness that is the stupidest legitimization of that argument I have ever heard.

I guess you missed the obvious and brief biology lesson...btw, I never said infertile men and women couldn't marry each other, that was your sophomoric logic.

No stupid, I know what you were saying with that, obviously you missed the reading comprehension lesson. I never said you said infertile straight people couldn't get married either (demonstrates the obvious fact you don't comprehend very well), I said that, by your logic for banning gay marriages, infertile people should be banned from marriage too because you did say gay people can't reproduce and therefore they can't get married. I mean if reproduction is the only reason marriage is allowed and infertile people can't reproduce then they can't get married either obviously according to you

It's an exit not an entrance anymore than a colon is a womb...again weak logic on your part. Not very original either, I've heard all five arguments trying to justify gay anything. Epic fail at every turn...

How does reproduction have anything to do with marriage? Many straight couples have children before marriage anyway so gays getting married doesn't really stop it.

Actually it has nothing to do with marriage...but one tends to lead to another whether they can or choose not to is their choice. But gay people by their very unnatural union (or whatever you want to call it) can't have children no matter how they try. They may want to call it love and expect the rest of us to like it but more than likely it's fear or gender confusion.

...You realise other species of animals are attracted to one another? It's not just humans, it's a general attraction among most animals. Love/attraction among beings of the same-sex is not new or unnatural, it's actually pretty normal. We've just decided to blow it out of proportions and make a big thing about it.
(And gay people can have children. They just need a third person.)

Oh boy, here we go with the 'the animals do it, why can't we?' argument. Do you really want to go there for a discussion...how embarrassing.

Embarrassing? Not really. Being human is more embarrassing, considering all the pathetic fights we create due to our 'superior knowledge'.

Unless you're gay yourself then I've probably gone to school with, worked with and taught more homosexuals then you'll know in your lifetime. I respect them fine, many are good friends but marriage, no, not necessary. A civil union is more than adequate...

How? Why should same sex couples not receive federal benefits that come with a marriage? No matter how "adequate" civil unions may seem, they will never be the same as a marriage. Therefore, we're denying homosexuals their right to equality. This is unreasonable, unjustifiable, and just plain unfair!

Then you should take that up with the government in your state. Marriage between a man and a woman is supported by most if not all the major religions and governments. To suggest that two men should be allowed to marry is strictly a political ploy, nothing else. Had the gay activists spent as much time invested in getting states, hospitals, employers and insurance companies to support civil unions then none of this would be an issue on the national stage.

No, all this is to meant to break up conventional standards to support a gay agenda that has no way to prove this life-style choice is normal. Talk about unfair...the breeders are being expected to accept something we and the rest of the world knows is not natural in any way.

Eyeglasses and polyester aren't natural in any way either, and yet there are no laws against them. Also, a ploy? Really? Homosexuals just want to get married, what's so cunning about that?

Again civil unions =/= marriage. As I explained, it's just not the same and it isn't fair and just.

Although, you do make a good point about taking the issue up to the government. Believe me, we're doing the best we can and we will not give up!

BTW Interracial marriages were (and still are, in some cases) considered unnatural and immoral as well. Look at where we are now.
