Wake up, walk to station/airport, train, taxi, bus or plain to factory, inspection, back to hotel, paperwork and e-mal from my company-customers-supliers...
Let's face it, I'm over my ass more that I like to.
Luckly, love to walk around when I have the time, go dancing, ...., move a little!

Yes, even though I understand the human body was designed for standing and that sitting is bad for the back.

We are fat because we are too cool to actually work.

Kinda goes with working in an office. Still I get up and move around pretty often, which keeps me from going insane.

I can sit for a couple of hours working on something, but then I have got to move.

I used to be on my feet most of the time. But a fall changed that.

Found out I had a broken bone in my back. Walking hurts. The further I walk, the more it hurts. But I'm lucky because unlike most people with back problems, it doesn't hurt to sit.

Of course, sitting too much presents its own health risks, so instead of living to be 120 like I'd imagined, I'll be lucky to make it to 70. I'm 61. Shoot, I might not make it to 62.

I'm a chef, so I work standing up. On my days off I very often go for 4-6 hour bicycle rides. Does that count as sitting?

I could never sit most of the day! I would jump out of my skin! Maybe I'm hyper, but I love being active.
