yea, he's being hypocritical....and so were the Dems in 2007....The case of firing lawyers is a prime example...these lawyers served at the discretion of the president..that means there isn't job security, it's temporary...yet the Dems ran on this like some great principle was at stake...there wasn't. Remember Clinton firing even more during the early stages of White Water? Repubs rolled on that one because they knew that the president had the executive power to do so...it was used as a talking point and Janet Reno started the investigation all over again with her cronies....then it started getting nasty after that....Clinton used executive privelage 14 times!!

OBUTTHOLE IS A GOD DAMN LIAR AND FRAUD....

It is true that Executive Privilege has been used many times by many Presidents...

BUT IT CANNOT BE USED TO COVER A CRIME AS RICHARD NIXON FOUND OUT.

Obutthole can ONLY invoke executive privilege is HE is PERSONALLY INVOLVED....why then do you think Eric Holder has STALLED FOR 18 MONTHS ???....It's because it will PROVE OBUTTHOLE KNEW ABOUT IT , SIGNED OFF ON IT AND ORDERED HOLDER TO HIDE IT.

THEY BOTH DESERVE TO BE SITTING IN GITMO AWAITING THIER TRIALS FOR TREASON .

Personally, I would not be so bold as to opine that "most" people will do that. I believe that to be a far lesser percentage.
With that said I'd agree and wryly note that, that condition transcends both sides of the aisle. The more we claim to be different, the more we actually seem to be the same in that human condition.
    Funny how the worm turns.
