I read the title. So many are just pure nonsense, so I pass them by. If not, I read the content . I don't always respond but often rave posts that are concise and provide factual info.

Normally I will read a post in its entirety.

However there are some posts I stop reading at the first few sentences, as they tell me everything I need to know.

Admittedly I have goofed once or twice when I was tired, but I normally do read everything. I learned that from a test my 1st grade teacher did on reading comprehension.
A whole litany of things to do before the class ended in order to pass this test.
At the very end it instructed you to sit at your desk after putting your name on top and turn the test over.
At the very top it has said, read everything.

It was funny watching everyone run around trying to do the impossible, when all along they could have passed just by reading the instructions.

Not always. I frequently respond to the titles, then find they have little to do with the post itself.

Sometimes. But mostly to better understand the question. I'm not a smart guy.

Sometimes I read posts to deside if it's a battle I care to fight.

Only a complete moron would attempt to answer and/or comment on something that he/she never read to begin with.

Yep, I read the whole thing (unless it's almost novel length, then I'll skim) and look at the pictures before I formulate a response.

It depends, some don't require reading they are that stupid others are very educational. I suppose I start to read all posts but if they start talking crap I stop reading and just answer or exit out without leaving a comment.

I actually read. If I don't because I'm burnt out on the subject and the repetition of the same question, I usually state that in my opinion. I could care less about points and have watched many BS there way to level 17-18 in a week or 2 by picking the most popular answers. I am here to read others opinions and value that more than points. our own life experience give each of us a different perspective.

I read the entire post. Often what is said after the title changes the meaning of what the title says and if you only read that you will not be answering correctly.
