After looking up a bit more information it looks like that subsidies will be given up to about $45K a year, how much, I'm not certain.
Beyond that income threshold, you're completely on your own and will be charged 1% of your income. That's about $450 if you're just at the $45K mark.

Insurance dominating the industry the way it is, is not free market.
