Do You Ever Watch C-Span ? Check up on our leaders (??)?

I watched about 10 minutes of C-Span last night and could not believe the lack of discipline, the lack of respect. Do you remember the rainy days back in grade school when you could not go out and play on the playground? All of that pinned up energy had to be burned up in the classroom? That's what the floor of the House of Representatives looked like. How would you feel about part-time politicians that have a day time job to keep?

Fresh, young idea

I'm not sure it would work but I do not believe in career politicians. The people's representatives are suppose to be servants....they are suppose to be noble and honorable and out to do what is best for their constituents AND the country. I think they should serve and get out. No special vacations, healthcare, pensions, nothing...zero...zilch. Would look good on a resume, tho.

I watch C-SPAN all the time - both Senate and Congress channels (350 and 351 on DirecTV). Everyone should watch it occasionally to see how government works.
