I'm getting a little tired of all these ads criticizing Romney's experience as head of Bain Capital. Romney did this. Romney said that. Romney has money on an island somewhere. Gimme a break!!

Does the Obama campaign think 'real' people care about this nonsense? I mean, if I'm unemployed, or under-employed or a graduate who can't find work....what does it matter to me what Romney did at BAIN?

If I lost my house in the housing crisis and lost my job during the economic crisis, then why does Romney's personal life matter to me?

If I'm on govt assistance, fixed income, struggling to pay bills, etc... how will it help me to know that rich people hide cash in the Caribbean?

Most people do not care about this, and I think it is just a distraction from the real issues. The national debt. The trillion-dollar deficits, the ongoing financial bailouts (Bernanke's been busy), the wars, inflation, higher food and gas prices, decreased benefits for veterans, stagnant economy, double-digit unemployment, etc..

So the question for you is....

Do you Care what Romney did at BAIN??!!

Full disclosure: I think Romney is a flip-flopping Wall-Street corporate shill who will continue the status quo and expand big govt even more while ignoring the Constitution and sell us out to the highest bidder :-)

Good, bad, or indifferent I want the truth ... any shadow of a doubt after what we have endured with the current liar-in-chief makes me all the more leery of electing another one.

No problem ... Romney is not my candidate of choice or 2nd choice for that matter.

Definitely not in the way the question suggests and the media is talking about.

I care that he was a leader of a successful business that dealt with difficult business situations on a regular basis. I do not care that he may or may not shipped some jobs overseas. Is the next question going to be whether Romney's businesses charged too much money for products, or fired someone unfairly, or recycled enough, or ...?

Here is the other side of the coin of that job loss thing....some businesses cannot make it and are going to close shop so they sell off instead of going into bankruptcy. Therefore, the jobs would have all been lost. Bain bought failing companies. They were able to save some and some could not be saved. Bain wants to make money for their investors.....just like any other business. Companies like Bain do not buy companies to shut them down. There is no money in that because it would be a loss.

I would hope that the SEC steps in and starts asking more questions. Let's see you signed the forms saying you were still Owner and CEO, but you didn't even call to see how the business was being run. AND they were paying someone who was on a "Leave of Absence"? Doesn't everyone get paid when they do that? Huh.....

More like he should step into one of those orange jumpsuits! And why are all of his properties and other business properties in his wife's name? He want it both ways to use his success at Bain only when it's good. But now that there are questions he doesn't want anything to do with them. The SEC forms are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

I so agree with you. His wife, the offshore accounts, anything to hide the money. The SEC forms may be correct, but they conflict with federal disclosure forms in his election bid where he said he nothing to do with / not involved with Bain since 1999 as per Fox News. I'd give him an orange jump suit and anyone aiding and abetting in his covering it up!
