The author of this article opines: 'it is worthy of further investigation', considering an investigative team, put together by a major law enforcement department, has concluded 'it appears to be a forgery'.

No, but only because it seems that everyone that doesn't like the man also owns a smoke machine. There comes a time when you look at it long enough and realize that sometimes smoke is made artificially.....for effect.........like at the ice capades or a cheesy concert.

In order for the President to be ineligible you will first have to prove Barack Hussein Obama II is not the son of Stanley Ann Dunham. The United States follows the law of Jus Soli AND JUS SANGUINIS.

The President is eligible regardless of where in the world he was born.

Did you make that up yourself? She was 18. She was born on November 29,1942. She was also a US Citizen and that's all that matters. Being 17 would only verify that she was not old enough to renounce US Citizenship.

But I'm curious. Show us this "No Jus Sanguinis unless you're 18" law you speak of.

You'll have to excuse fawkes, She's kind of an idiot.
The fact of the matter is that BOTH parents must be US citizens in order for someone to be born a natural born citizen. This was confirmed when the US Senate passed a resolution (SR.511) that proclaimed that a person was a natural born citizen if they were born on US soil to TWO other US citizens.
Obama himself helped to write this resolution and voted for it. He basically told his idiot followers that he was not qualified for the office.
