See, it all depends on the situation. Rape is all about power. It rarely has to do with the physical attractiveness of the victim. In this instance, I would absolutely believe this poor woman. She was working a job, and a douche bag opened the door and attacked her.

Being a member of people who have been in the US Army, standing in formation while a person of the "opposite sex" walked down the ranks looking for a hairy rapist. I can quite understand the problem. Yeah I guess I believe her. He has a reputation for rape, and honestly he isn't anything special to look at either. She has a lot more to loose if she is lying than if she is telling the truth. I mean she's only a maid, if she is found to be lying then no one in town is going to hire her very easily because they would fear she would try to pull some of the same stories on their clients or other employees. Let's face it, as being a maid in that hotel I'm sure there are plenty of other better looking celebrities, or politicians that stay there. Why would she choose this one?
