Eyes are very revealing if you know what to look for. The eyes can tell you what a person is really feeling or thinking. Hence revealing their "soul".
For me I do believe in the soul and that some peoples souls radiate more than others through their eyes.

For some reason many people do not looking into my eyes for very long. I asked someone about this once and they said it was because they felt like I could see straight through them, but in the same turn many people have a tendency to stare at me when I am not looking directly at them.

Same thing happens to me all the time. The same reason they wont look into them is the same reason they are so attracted to them though. Some people seem to have more revealing eyes as windows to their souls than others.

Yes but really good liars can look you straight in the eyes and lie, but I do believe it is still possible to tell if you know the person well and know what to look for.
