Government interference with that free market caused the housing market to crash; killing our economy.The government can not "stimulate" the economy, dictate the economy; that's Economics 101. That's why NO recovery; the government is still propping up the economy; it will not recover until it bottoms out and cleanses itself of excess inventory;the government is not allowing that to happen.

Capitalism is an economic system that is based on private ownership of the means of production and the creation of goods or services for profit. Yet conservatives want to dismantle the EPA so corporations can dump pollutants into the air, water, and ground at will. Big corporations had record profits in 2011. But they deserve a tax cut while the middle class is just getting by. Replacing one master with another is hardly liberty. In the middle ground there is no master.
