Its has the right to be aborted or be born..People against abortion need to adopt all those babies with no home/living on nothing then maybe abortion wouldn't be needed but no none of you "pro's" would do that because you don't care once its born.....

Fetuses do not have rights because they are not people. I'd consider a dog more valuable than an unwanted fetus. Either way the rights of the person who is carrying the fetus are the issue.

If I cause an injury to a pregnant woman and her unborn baby, that kid has until age 21 to sue me for the injuries I caused.

When abortion was introduced we did not have the technology and education that we have now. No more excuses for irresponsible behavior. You play , you pay. Too many alternatives to justify that an abortion is viable option unless mother is in true danger or rape, incest and special cases are identified

As a logical person an unborn fetus does not have intellect enough to realize that it exists so it is not worthy of rights. God must have thought the same thing read your Bible folks Exodus 21:22-25 22 “If people are fighting with each other and happen to hurt a pregnant woman so badly that her unborn child dies, then, even if no other harm follows, he must be fined. He must pay the amount set by the woman’s husband and confirmed by judges. 23 But if any harm follows, then you are to give life for life, 24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound and bruise for bruise.

Yet most abortions are because the parents give that life no worth or value and chances are that if it were born it would not be loved and nurtured and would not thrive as a human. I have met people like that normally drug addicts, I have heard many times I wish that I had never been born life sucks. Sometimes it is better to never exist than to have a horrible existence

It's a catch 22 by the time that the child can make a decision it has been thrust into it's horrible existence then it must suffer through life at an unloved drug addicted human just waiting to get the courage to end it all.

At 6 months old it is a life that has been developing a personality it counts as a life. It may be selfish in your mind but to the child who grew up hating every day of their life wishing that they were never born it was a blessing to never have existed than to suffer for years until they killed themselves. I've known people like that. You have your viewpoint but those aborted fetuses don't affect your life as they do the lives of the person who decides. Why should you be selfish and deny that person a right to choose? When it has no bearing on your life at all

If you hate life you have a choice. I would hope that you choose Jesus, but that unborn child deserves the same chance each one of us "live" people have.

I guess you should start a home for all of the unwanted crack babies in the US. This way you can be a part of the situation which you want some control over. Then you could do something about the perceived problem which bothers you so much, instead of just saying how bad it is. Talk is one thing doing something about the problem is another. I think you should get involved with fixing the problem of taking care of all these unwanted children. The extra responsibility could help put things in perspective. Or will you be like those who choose abortion and avoid the responsibility

What was meant is that people with mental problems get pregnant and are not capable of dealing with a child. Where I live there are many facilities that take care of the mentally disabled. The higher functioning are permitted to be in the community unsupervised and many end up pregnant they also cannot raise a child. These are prime candidates for abortion. But I don't make any sense to someone as righteous as you!

I'm not sure where you came up with that from what I said. I guess real life doesn't happen in your part of the world. Here where I live, people that don't want children and don't want to be pregnant get that way accidentally . Rather than go through an unwanted pregnancy to end up with what they conceive as a bigger problem (a baby). Something that will rely on them for everything for years to come. They do the responsible thing and terminate that pregnancy. This solves all of bad outcomes that they are dreading. I don't see how this negatively affects YOUR life in any way. Please explain this mystery to me. I just don't get it

If by chance you are religious then look at the brighter side of things. The baby gets to grow up in heaven with Jesus isn't that better than being with it's horrible excuse for a mother. Now it is a great outcome to a terrible problem. Again what is negative about that?
