Let's see he decides to bring his rifle and scope to work along with a handgun to work on the day president Kennedy has a parade, he then hears 3 shots and realized he'd be accused so he hid his weapon and three empty shell casings he shot at an earlier time and walked 15 minutes befor being questioned by a police officer which he then shot with his handgun he chose not to leave with his rifle back up on the 6 th floor. Then after he kills the policeman he goes to watch a movie where he was arrested after the movie ended.

I am convinced neither that he was involved or, if so, that he acted alone. Read up on his apprehension. Was he behaving like a guy who just shot the US president? I don't think so. Then read the Warren Commission transcripts. Does then-Democrat and prosecutor Arlen Specter ask questions calculated to discern a result or merely to allow confusion to continue? IMHO, his questions achieve the latter and resist the former.

And bullets do not zig-zag. Period. Never have, never will. They pierce, stop, glance, or shatter, but they do not zig-zag.

The killing shot came from a storm drain which lined up in view of the open motorcade from the opposite direction of where Oswald was stationed.

Oswald was set up as a patsy. He may have wounded Kennedy from BEHIND but if you look at the Zapruder film, Kennedys' head snaps back as the fatal bullet strikes. It couldn't have come the Texas Schoolbook Depository where Oswald was because it was behind Kennedys' car. The fatal shot must have come from the real shooter on the infamous "grassy knoll". The Warren Commission report was a whitewash. or coverup.

I don't know, there is compelling evidence on both sides of the issue.

Even if it is accepted that he did not act alone, there is no evidence whatsoever as to the other party involved. There are conspiracy theories involving the old USSR, Cuba, Mafia, CIA, Military, etc, etc.

I think the actual kill shot was fired by a Corsican hitman from the grassy knoll. The conspirators were the CIA, Cuban Exiles and the Mafia in the form of the Carlos Marcello New Orleans mob. The CIA and Mafia contracted the hit out to the only group more clannish and closemouthed than the Sicilian Mafia, the Corsican Mafia and paid for it with heroin. It's no coincidence to me that after the assassination, heroin flooded into the black communities in the form of the French Connection. quid pro quo.

I believe Lee Harvey Oswald was definitely one of the shooters. The first two shots were very off, one hitting the sidewalk, second striking back of JFK's lower neck most likely meant for the back of his head. That third shot seemed too close range.
